& San Diego Labor Councils headed to LA!

Our sisters and brothers from the San Francisco, San Jose, Orange County and San Diego Central Labor Councils will be joining us tomorrow for the March against Walmart and Low Wage Jobs in Chinatown, Los Angeles!
“We are coming to Los Angeles to support Walmart workers and our sisters and brothers in LA Labor who are fighting to keep Walmart out of Los Angeles,” says Cindy Chavez, executive officer of the South Bay Labor Council, AFL-CIO. “This is what is our labor movement is all about–standing together. We will see you tomorrow morning in Chinatown!”
These sisters and brothers are getting on buses as early as 2:00AM to join us.
An estimated 10,000 people will march tomorrow, but we need you there to make it happen. This will be the largest demonstration against Walmart ever held in the U.S.

We must protest all corporations that deny workers benefits and demand that they share the profits. We live in America not the 3rd World so why do we have jobs that only offer non sustainable wages. Stop the War on Workers!!!!
