Working Women

The Los Angeles labor movement supports the full rights of working women and opposes all forms of gender discrimination. There is still a pay disparity between men and women workers, and women are still limited by the glass ceiling. Employment discrimination and access to good jobs are even worse for women of color. The Los Angeles labor movement supports pay equity and the full participation of women throughout our society.
